The mountain backdrop uses Ortofotomapas à escala 1:2000 da Região Autónoma da Madeira — 2018/2019, published by Secretaria Regional de Turismo, Ambiente e Cultura / Madeira under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.

We cropped and resampled the aerial imagery around Levada do Rei, assembled texture layers, generated mipmaps and compressed them for browser rendering. The terrain retains the imagery's photographed light and shadows. Layered crowns rendered from the credited forest tree assets add silhouettes and depth above the terrain.

Regional elevation is derived from Mapzen Terrain Tiles. Provider credits include global SRTM and GMTED2010 data courtesy of the U.S. Geological Survey, global ETOPO1 data from NOAA, and European terrain produced using Copernicus data and information funded by the European Union. We sampled, simplified and offset the elevations to fit this authored walk.

The setting was selected with map information from © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). The local walk is not a surveyed reconstruction of PR18.

The nearby rock cutting incorporates Coastal Cliff 02 by Rob Tuytel, published by Poly Haven under CC0. We reduced and fitted the scan to the authored bank, joined its boundary, and prepared local browser textures. This coastal scan is not a verified Madeira geological sample.

The forest, banks and stones use scanned plants and surfaces published under CC0: Jacaranda Tree by Rico Cilliers with Rob Tuytel, Island Tree 01 and Island Tree 02 by Rob Tuytel and Rico Cilliers, Rock Moss Set 01 by Kless Gyzen, and Tree Small 02, Fern 02, Moss 01, Mossy Rock and River Small Rocks from Poly Haven; and Moss 001 and Leaf Set 011 by Lennart Demes, ambientCG. We reduced, recoloured and compressed them for the browser.

This walk is an artistic reconstruction. Its immediate ledge and terrain are authored, and its canopy shapes are not surveyed trees. No endorsement by the data publisher is implied.
